I have dedicated my life to understanding the energetic nature of foods, cooking styles, and creating dynamic, healthful meal plans. This has allowed me to merge teaching and macrobiotic cooking in a unique way that provides healthy, tasteful options for many clients looking to improve their health and perspective on life. My expertise with ingredient selection, kitchen and pantry design, menu planning, and meal preparation are the foundation of for the unique international macrobiotic cuisine I am known for.
As Director of the Strengthening Health Institute, also known as SHI Macrobiotics, I also create many health-related courses and cooking classes for people to learn some of the macrobiotic principles I have gained in over 30 years of learning alongside some the most well-known names in the macrobiotic community.
